We had some important people come to town for business and Paul wanted to entertain them a bit more personally rather than taking them out to dinner-so we planned a BBQ at Paul's dad's house in Park City. The date and number of people kept changing on me so it was a bit confusing but it ended up being the day after Enrichment (Friday) and it was for 20 people.
The menu: Appetizers-My mom's famous
vegee basket, red pepper artichoke dip, apricot
Bree cracker dip...
Entrees-Skirt steak in a soy sauce marinade, steaks with blue cheese butter and chicken with a mango cucumber salsa
Sides-Salad, rolls, grilled asparagus and fruit
Dessert-brownies with chocolate mousse, and thank you Marie Calenders:
razzleberry pie,
German chocolate pie, banana cream pie and my favorite
key lime pie.
Food turned out wonderful thank goodness and much thanks to my kitchen assistant Emily!!!

Logan and
Kayan had fun running all over and jumping on the tramp-and Grandpa has goats and a
miniature donkey to entertain them as well.
