Temple Open House

Whats better than the Temple and cookies!

Say cheeseeee but please open your eyes!

My cute men!

3 out 4...we are doing better.

I was able to volunteer one morning for physical facitilites. I learned where every custodial closet and bathroom was in the Temple. I had a great time I also helped keep the grounds clean. Later on I got to clean the Temple before the dedication and I vacumed sealing rooms and cleaned all the marble thresholds. Any opportunity to work and serve in the Temple was fantastic. While we took the Open House tour we were able to see Elder Russel M. Nelson of the Quorum of the Twelve it was great!

Hold on one second

This is the view I get whenever I try to change Porter's Diapers-seriously he rolls overs and crawls away.

Off to Logan's Room!

He loves pounding the wooden hammer and he is GOOD-

its for ages 2 and above but he's got it down!

Way better than flowers!

Instead of chocolates or flowers we (Mtn Crane) got Big Dave a zebra for surviving his accident! you wouldn't believe where the Zebra was born...Castledale Utah. They are breeded there and then shipped off to Temecula (my home town) until they are sold.
Dave can't pet him and hold the leash so the zebra just nudges his elbow and arm.
We figured it went well with his collection of animals-goats, miniture donkey, buffalo and now a zebra.

The Grand kids have their very own petting zoo.

Asthma?

Logan wasn't sounding so good so our Doctor had us go to Primary's ER and they didn't like how Logan sounded so they admitted him to the Hospital. For 2 Days.

Looks like our little guy might have asthma-he owns an inhaler now!

Camp Awards Pack Meeting

I made little tents to hold the boys awards! The boys did awesome and received tons of belt loops and pins for their hard work at camp.

My attempt of an inside fire.
Edible campfires for the activity and treat.

This is the Place

I cannot believe I have lived in Utah for about 10 years & I have never been here! It was fantastic & I cannot wait until the kids are older to participate in some of the crafts and games.
A replica of a 1 room home that housed 10 children.
Logan & Nathan found a checker board to play
Logan getting his daily shave

Waiting their turn
All aboard-probably the boys favorite part

Paul's Grandpa Evy was the Brick Mason at This is the Place Park for years. I asked someone if they still had the brick mason he told me it went away when he went away:(

Logans 1st time at Miniture golf

Daddys helping out their boys-too cute!
Logan's favorite color is green so he had his green ball and green club. Logan threw his ball in the water and thought it was funny. But he didn't like it when he realized he couldn't play anymore. So good thing for mommy who went wadding up to her shorts in water to get his ball.
Sorry no picture:(

Ryker was awesome at miniature golf and got a hole in one-he was much better than Danielle and I.

Thumbs up!

Papa Belcher was in an accident on July 5th. He was helping tow a trailer when a driver fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into the trailer Dave was trying to hook up. The trailer went forward hitting Dave in the shoulder, ribs (broke a rib) and hitting his hand and trapping it between the kingpin and tow truck. The owner of the trailer and a UHP officer were hit by the trailer as well and went flying over the cable median. Dave told the owner of the trailer to move the tow truck forward so he could get unstuck. His right hand was damaged extensively and he was in surgery for over 7 hours to reattach the thumb. We are still not sure if he will have mobility but as of now we are so blessed to have Papa Belcher thumb or no thumb.

After seeing the before surgery pictures of his hand it is a miracle that they saved it. The pictures are more grotesque then Paul's leg pictures but if you want to see them I will email them because I don't dare put them on the blog.
