Charity Event

Emily our favorite helper went to India last year to help a foundation called Rising Star. There she taught and took care of children whose parents were in a leprosy colony. Rising Star did their 1st fundraiser tonight so they had a dinner and a get together with a few Jazz players and others. Yay for Kyle he was sooo nice.

Hornacek was Paul's favorite he gave kids pointers and he was goofing off with Paul and Jeff trying to make shots through the rafters.

Helloooo Porter!!!

Deron Williams playing ping pong with Kyle (owner of Herriman's Kneaders) Paul goes to Kneaders so often they became pals. Paul kicking back after playing some pick up ball.

It was so cute-Sean Bradly was like "can I hold him."

more pics

I am so sad this came out blurry this is Paul's dad and step mom Raette they were sitting next to Deron and his wife Amy during dinner. Amy was the nicest person ever-she wanted to play with Porter cuz she has 2 girls and really wants a boy. A bit of trivia when did Amy and Deron meet?....in 2nd grade(how cute is that.)

I was really worried when she had Porter cuz he kept yanking on her diamond necklace and it was a BIG diamond.

Whats a party with out Jazz Dancers?

Candy Factory Tour

We got to wear Candy Maker hats during the whole tour-babies included!!!

It was pretty cool to see how the candy was made- it was even better that they gave us candy to sample through the whole tour.

Weekend in St. George

We went to Washington City's new Rec Center and of course had a blast. Check out the cool kid zone. The huge bucket on top fills up with water and pours our every 5 minutes. It was Porter's first time in a pool and he had a blast.

Later we played some ball and Paul schooled some 10 year olds.

We ate In-N-Out 4 times, had a grape glacier, Nielsen's frozen custard and ate at the Egg & I for yummy breakfast did we do anything else besides eat? Yes-we visited the Springers in Cedar City and visited Emily and her apartment and visted the Gundersons-they were just informed that their house was voted #1 Custom Home Built in 2008 for the state of Utah-how crazy is that!!!

Boondocks

I cannot believe we have never been to Boondocks-we had a great time!

We didn't even have to pay for the video games the kids thought they were playing the whole time.

Afterwards we hit Frogurt a fun frozen yogurt place that the kids can choose all kinds of flavors and put tons of topping on for 40 cents an ounce.

Walking with Dinosaurs

Logan even had to bring some of his favorite dinosaurs along to the event.
I couldn't believe how amazing the creatures lookes and gigantic. I thought Logan would get scared of the T-Rex but he just thought the mommy and baby T-Rex were so cute.

It was a great outing -thanks Grandma Kissy & Papa Mike for the tickets!
